Caroline Lantz, 5, a patient at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, was surprised with tickets to the 52nd annual Country Music Association (CMA) Awards at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, along with glamour treatment and a red carpet appearance. Caroline’s companions for the evening were Maddie Marlow and Tae Dye, who perform as the country music duo Maddie and Tae.

Caroline has big decisions to make about her choice of outfit.

Maddie and Tae show Caroline a standard rule of hotel rooms — there’s no point being there if you’re not going to jump on the bed.
