The 2018 VUMC Survey will take place May 1 – May 15. All employees hired before March 1, 2018 will be included in the survey. This year’s survey will feature all three components — engagement, safety and nurse Magnet questions.
VUMC offers discounted CSA memberships
VUMC is partnering with the Rooted Community Health Initiative to offer employees access to a CSA (community supported agriculture), to get local, seasonal produce directly from a farm in the area. All employees are invited to purchase shares, but the first 150 employees who sign up will receive a 10 percent discount on a CSA membership. Click here for more information and to sign up.

90-Day Refills Available at All Eligible Pharmacies
Now members of the VUMC Health Plan can purchase 90-day prescription refills at all eligible pharmacies, such as Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, Publix, Walmart and Costco. The 90-day refill option means fewer trips to the pharmacy. The copays and maximums will be three times the 30-day copay and maximum rate for the health plan tier in which you are enrolled. Join the Benefits Conversation
Over the past few weeks, HR’s Benefits team has engaged hundreds of employees in focus groups to get feedback and answer questions regarding proposals for benefits offerings that would offer employees more flexibility and individual choice. The focus group was live streamed for employees who were not able to attend in person. You can watch a recording of this session here.
