If you are enrolled in the VUMC health plan, you can pay little to zero out-of-pocket costs for pre- and post-natal care, certain spinal and joint surgeries, weight loss surgery and medication, kidney stone treatment, substance use disorder treatment, treatment for cardiac arrhythmia and cochlear implants through the MyHealth Bundles program.
