A drill tests how well the Medical Center would be able to respond during an actual disaster, and serves as response training for VUMC personnel.
“Someone had to go clean those rooms up, and I’m happy to do whatever I’m asked to do. It comes with the job. I just wanted to help out and be a team player.”
There’s no doubt she loves it, especially when she says things like: “I just love it, love it, love it.”

She loves her job at VUMC, but it can be stressful. She gets home from work, heads to the barn, and the stress melts away.
